Gerhard Mayrhofer

Gerhard Mayrhofer stands for an integrated marketing and brand management approach and is considered to be an innovator in the telecommunication industry. He was a member of the executive board of several large enterprises, at last with “Telefónica o2 Germany GmbH & Co. OHG” and Vodafone Germany. At o2 he was responsible for the consumer business. In his role as Chief Sales Officer at Vodafone he took care of sales and distribution of all Vodafone products in Germany.

From 2004 to 2010, Gerhard was a member of the curatorship of FGM Fördergesellschaft Marketing e.V. at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.

Since 2008, he is working as a consultant in the areas of leadership and brand building. In 2010, he became a member of the board of advisers of Herrmann & Associates, along with the management thought leader Richard Pascale. Gerhard is a certified ChallengeX facilitator.

 

Thomas Engelmann

Thomas Engelmann

Thomas Engelmann has been working for more than 20 years in management consulting. His experiences comprise implementing change initiatives, project management support, innovation, and business model and process redesign.

Thomas studied computer sciences at the Universities of Kaiserslautern and Hamburg. In 1995 he joined CSC Index, the former management consultancy of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) working in Business Reengineering and change projects.

He later became an independent consultant supporting companies in the areas of reorganization and change. From 2000 to 2005 he was partner at the Launch Institute working in the area of innovation management and the generation of new business growth opportunities.

Besides his project work, he is also running leadership development trainings and has been involved intensively in the further development of ChallengeX, an innovative leadership training method.

 

Ralph Willmann is an expert in coaching and stress management. Since 20 years he has been working with executives and employees in the form of individual coaching, team building, change projects and focused trainings. The core theme of his work has become stress management. By teaching how to deal in effective ways with stress, he helps his clients to increase their individual strengths to cope with their challenges.

Ralph graduated as a physiotherapist at the university hospitals of Düsseldorf. Later he completed an actor training in the USA and Germany and worked subsequently as an actor and director in numerous movie and TV productions. He is still a passionate ensemble member of the improvisational theatre “TatWort”.

At the end of the 1990s Ralph began his career as a coach and trainer. He is trained in coaching, stress management and several other approaches as e.g. systemic consulting, ACT, mediation, and NLP.
